The long term policy is to charge approximately 7 % of the end user added value that can be attributed to the technology license.

The following non exclusive discounted royalty terms for first movers are set per m3/h and SPL@1m. All HRVs has 2-way pumping of this capacity:

• Air purifiers @35 dBA: ‍ € 0,02

• Filterfan industrial @ 40 dBA‍ € 0,02

• SRVUs / Window units @30 dB: ‍ € 0,70

• Stand alone modules < 350 m3/h:‍ ‍€ 0,50

• HRVs > 350: ‍ € 0,40

• PPE/Hard hats‍ € 4,00

The royalty can be negotiated against change of up-front payment and or a Gyropure-inside label. Exclusivity for certain verticals/regions are also possible. Please contact us for discussions.
